02What I do

I am a full-stack engineer in Dubai and the founder of Web Harbor Technology, a licensed web design and development studio. I design and build the whole thing: the data model, the API, the interface, the mobile app, the deployment.

Most of my work is for businesses in the UAE and the Gulf, which means Arabic and English in every product and right-to-left layout that is designed rather than mirrored. The projects below range from a bilingual car-rental platform with role-based admin and PDF invoicing, to Flutter apps on both stores, to agents on the Claude API that act on WhatsApp messages through MCP servers.

05How I work

  1. 01

    Scope in writing

    A fixed scope, price and date before any code. Changes are discussed, not absorbed.

  2. 02

    Arabic is not a translation pass

    Right-to-left is designed from the first screen. If it only works in English, it does not work.

  3. 03

    Ship small, ship often

    A staging URL from week one. Nothing is shown for the first time at launch.

  4. 04

    Test the hard part first

    The fit engine, the role model, the sync logic get written and tested before the screens around them.

  5. 05

    Own your accounts

    Domain, hosting, stores and source are in the client's name. I can be replaced, which is the point.
